How fast can someone come?+

Most runs are picked up within 30 minutes during business hours. Same-day requests in Portsmouth, VA are our specialty.

How is pricing calculated?+

Each errand has a flat base + mileage after the first 5 miles. You'll see an estimate before you confirm. See /services for full pricing.

How do I pay?+

Securely through the platform with any major card. We use Stripe; we never see your card number.

Are drivers vetted?+

Yes. Every driver is reviewed, ID-verified, and rated by customers. Low-rated drivers are removed.

How do drivers get paid?+

Drivers connect a Stripe payout account during onboarding. Earnings (75–80% of each errand) are paid out weekly.

What's your commission?+

Busy Bee keeps 20–25% per errand to cover payment processing, insurance, support, and the platform.

Can I tip?+

Yes — tipping is welcomed and goes 100% to the driver.

What if something goes wrong?+

Message your driver in-app, or reach support. We mediate disputes and issue refunds when we drop the ball.
